Washington Golf and Country Club Tennis Facilities Master Plan
The development of a new tennis facilities master plan included reorganizing outdoor courts, adding two additional indoor tennis courts, improving overall tennis operations, creating increasing the number of parking spaces and reconfiguring vehicular traffic flow through the site.
Our services included the development of an exterior façade for the new indoor courts, which blended cohesively into the existing building and responded to the scale of the surrounding residential neighborhood. We prepared an overall master plan and a rendering of the proposed indoor tennis center addition. This would be used to engage local community associations and generate local support from the very active members of the club.
