staff Architect

job description:

  • work collaboratively from conceptual design through construction adminstration, with support from senior staff
  • reliably translate design intent into Revit utilizing our firm standards
  • assist with product research and material selection
  • research and implementation of building codes
  • participate in construction administration by attending site visits and addressing technical issues with guidance from the project team
  • communicate with engineers, consultants, clients, contractors, and building officials to successfully meet overall project objectives
  • understanding the importance of growing and maintaining client relationships and the basic concept of business development
  • recognize the financial aspect of project and understand basic principles involved in the projects’ and firm’s profitability
  • assist in pursuit of new job opportunities
  • participate in weekly office meetings to discuss business development opportunities, active project management and general team  coordination
qualifications:
 
  • a Bachelor or Master of Architecture from an accredited institution
  • 3-5 years of professional architecture experience, licensed or on the licensure track
  • effective time management skills to work within several concurrently tight deadlines
  • and exceptionally positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
  • experience in the selection of building materials and detailing systems
  • proficiency in Revit; knowledge in other design software platforms perferred, including but not limited to SketchUp, AutoCAD, Twinmotion, Adobe Creative Suite, and Office 365
  • USGBC LEED accreditation a plus

entry level Architect

job description:

  • participate in weekly office meetings to discuss business development opportunities, active project management and general team  coordination
qualifications:
 
  • a Bachelor or Master of Architecture from an accredited institution
  • 0-3 years of professional architecture experience
  • strong communication skills; spoken, written, and graphic
  • enthusiasm and efficiency in responding to the team’s needs
  • proficiency in Revit; knowledge in other design software platforms perferred, including but not limited to SketchUp, AutoCAD, Twinmotion, Adobe Creative Suite, and Office 365
  • USGBC LEED accreditation a plus
