The tenant up-fit for the Boys and Girls Club of Metro Richmond (BGCMR) is designed to be a flexible hub space for high school-aged students to engage with community partners for college-bound and career program sessions. We collaborated with many project stakeholders during design including the building owner, the building-shell contractor, adjacent tenants’ contractors and the BGCMR, resulting in a successful project.
