Social Security Administration Suite Renovation

In 2002, Worley Associates completed the design for the building shell of the Pantops Office Building. Subsequently, our firm completed tenant up-fit designs for the business suites within. The first floor currently houses an independent dental practice and a Department of Social Security Administration suite. The second floor provides space for the General Services Administration and their proceedings.

Reconfiguration of the existing Social Security Administration suite was recently mandated by the Federal Government to reduce the leased space by 1,600 square feet.  Exemplary of the long-term, trusted relationships between Worley Associates and the owners, we were called upon to provide design assistance and documentation for the remaining 7,600 square feet of administrative space.
