Our firm assisted one of the world’s leading specialty chemical companies with pre-design services that included space programming and site selection for a Business and Innovation Center. A 1980’s era, 95,000 square foot building was studied and selected for extensive renovation to serve functions of business administration and support numerous types of research and application laboratories.

Programming required collaborative input from several divisions of employee groups. Inner-office dynamics and spatial adjacencies were considered to provide a modern environment that supports impromptu, creative interaction among chemists, scientists and marketing specialists.
